JMC runs on Windows

- JMC now runs on Windows. CTRL-C is not cleanly handled but db file is written to disk every write access so there is not any data lost. darcs-hash:20060130221017-86b55-ce0a23a697f2d55ef2bd4c66f556bff67fd112ce.gz
